SHIPPING POLICY

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after payment and order verification.

We ship within Canada and internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, and other circumstances outside of our control.

All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or shipping carrier. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Archive Rags is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Archive Rags is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Packages that are refused, unclaimed, or not collected due to unpaid customs duties, import taxes, or other carrier charges may be returned to us. Any applicable return shipping, customs, brokerage, or carrier fees may be deducted from any refund or store credit, where permitted by applicable law.
